Is Approved Labor Certificate, transferable?

Hi Friends,
Is Approved Labor Certificate, transferable to different company in Same City? If possible, what are the procedures? Can we transfer the Labor even when I-140 Motion to Reopen is pending? Is there any risk involved in the Approval of I-140 and/or I-485 in the future?

The company can "transfer" it to another employee. You cannot "transfer" it to another company. The company owns the LC, not you.
