My wife's and my AP document was approved and is being mailed to our address as per CRIS email update.
Both of us re enterted the US in early November this year using our L1 and H1.
Our travel out was started and completed after we applied for the AP.
Is the approved AP we are getting now still valid?
I remember reading in this forum that the AP is deemed invalid if we travel out and re enter before its approval , and that we need a fresh AP application for future if we will use our EAD.
Please clarify.
