Is AP/EAD processed in local USCIS office or in CSC?

Why there is different Processing date in local office than CSC? Which one should we count on?
In CSC, it is still 10/4, and in different local office it is later.
 
If you have a EB case then it will be processed in CSC, unless they decide (in rare cases like mine) to transfer your I-485 to the local office, in which case the EAD and AP will also be processed at the local office.

If your case is a family based case, then everything, including the EAD and AP will be processed at the local office.

The times posted at the local office are not for employment based cases.
