Hi everybody!
My mom is a green card holder, but she haven't been to the U.S. for about 1.5 years. In the coming August, she would like to come visit us ( me and my sister, we study and work at the U.S., and going to be a critizen in 2006) this summer, but she worry that the immigration office will take away his green card when she fly in the U.S.
Thus, some of her friends suggest that she may come to the U.S. from canada ( i.e. drive across the border). Is anyone know anything about crossing the border, is it safe? or is it really dangerous to fly in directly? Thanks for your help!
Any opinion would be appreciated.
