is anyone here under 245i?

My wife and kids used section 245i applying for I-485.
Looks for me like this kind of processes have own queue and it is really slow even to compare with regular I-485 process.
Our cases are WAC-02-123 - still don't get FP notice or EAD approves.
Am I right? Is there anybody here in the same boat?

You don't need to know about 245i if you don't have problems with INS

In my family case - they are out of status at the time of filing the application to adjust status (I-485) because of lazy and irresponsible layer delayed with their I-94 extension.

I am in the same situation for my wife and children. 02-147.
Stupid, useless attorney

I have done fingerprints in April (was scheduled for May) and
an IIO has my EAD off the shelf already. The IIO says my FP
and Security is done and I am pending on the shelf for 485.

I know people with no 245i issues who applied four months
before me who got their FP after me.

Just be patient.

My husband and I have done fingerprints in 10/01. My husband get his I485 approve on May 10, 2002 and I’m still waiting for my approval.

Running out of patient.
