yes i posted earlier in may/june waiters -- mine is simialr to yrs. but now seems to be screwed up --
checked message yesterady -- says case transferred to newark --

I\'m in the same boat too. EB2 RIR India, PD 7/97, RD 4/2/99, ND 5/10/99, FP 3/22/00. no news yet. very frustrated to see approvals with later dates.

we all , who are transfered to Newark INS are in touch with each other on direct emailid. Yes, we are bit unfortunare to be transfered. Its tough to say anything about how long its going to take. If we share the info then we know where we stand.please send me private mail and your direct email id , we can be in touch with each other. other users who are in same boat are q104 , vnk etc. My case transferd on 3rd august. Another case transfered in april but not heard anything yet.

I talked to IIO yesterday, He told me everything appers to be fine with my case and he said it\'s matter of 4 to 6 weeks to arrive final approaval on my case..

Any thoughts???
