I didnt get any details of RFE issued on 28th sept.

Just now I checked AVM, it says, the RFE is issued on Oct 9th.

RD 01/08/01 and ND 01/16/01 FP 05/03/01 and PD is 12/98

Received RFE mailed to my home address.

RFE Is for Employement letter, 2 months of pay slips and 2 years of Tax returns.

I am planning to get the Employment letter from our HR and send the response directly to INS.

Any one think that I should go through my attorney.
