Is any one in the same boat?

Received a RFE for our son
regarding medical Tuberculin Skin test.
Since this test was already done year ago by
our pediatrician, INS doctor did not repeat
and in the Form I-693 she checked Tuberculin
test not done box and wrote something in the
remarks column about this (I am not sure
whether IIO read that remark). That is the reason
we got RFE. Then now she wrote a separate letter
addressed to INS stating that the test was already
done, there no need to repeat and not advisable.

My question is whether separate letter addressed
to INS is sufficient or INS doctor supposed to
write it in the medical form I-693?

I would appreciate if anybody share your experience.

Thanks in advance.
