Thanks for asking though. My spouse also works. So the status changed from H4 to H1 to AOS(EAD). I think this could be the reason for the delay. What\'s up with you guys? Does your case involve complexities too? Please post!

My spouse also changed status from H4 - H1 - AOS..
As far as my case is concerned, came on F1 in 92 - EAD - H1 - AOS..
Could be the reason for delay.. as you said..
My details..PD 3/97 RD 10/00, ND 11/08
 
our case status are "somewhere in VSC"

No RFE as of 10/29, my ND is 11/2. PD is 1996, no good reason for the delay.

I figured the guy went on vacation, or sick leave, or dropped all the files and ours are now on the bottom. But who knows?

I don\'t see a point in calling - our guess is as good as the IIOs. Last time, around 10/12, I was told 1-2 weeks. Before that, 2-4 weeks.
 
Same story here...

No company change, Never out of status, No RFE until now.
"Final Adjudication" is all they keep saying. This was 2 weeks ago!
I know Mitwa recently got approved. He was the one who started a chain on pending Nov cases a while ago.Hopefully even should hear something soon. Let\'s keep each other informed.
