Is an LCA required for the 7th year extension?

People,

Based upon the replies folks have been giving regarding \'What papers do you file for an extension?\' I havent seen anyone mention the Labor Conditioning (?) Application (LCA). Is that implied? i.e. Is a Labor Conditioning Application automatically required in this particualr extension case??

I hope it would not so that some of the legal preparation time can be reduced...

am doing another LCA. Yuck.
