??? ? Is an attorney needed for CP? ?????

Folks, my company lawyers said they will represent me only for I485 and not for CP. I\'ll hv to hire my own lawyer or manage it myself for CP.
I am going to file I824 now as I did not opt for CP on I140.

Do I really need an attorney for CP?
is it possible/difficult to manage it myself?
what is AC140? Do I need (or can i do) AC140 if i am filing I824?
I824 is really needed? is there way around to it save time for I824?

You can file yourself as long as your case is simple.
You will have to do more research as I see you are choosing the easy way to ask us everything instead of trying to figure it out first by diligently doing your homework.

in fact , laywer may even slow down the process, e.g
I have filled my Packet-3 sent it to laywer , now lawyer is hatching eggs on it , and will send it back to me for Signature & then I will sent it to him , and then he will send it to consulate, esily lost 2 weeks here.
