Hi,
I'm one of thode who missed getting H1B in february because of the limit was reached. As I read through the LAW AC21, I feel optimistic.
As per the stipulations of LAW AC21,
# I have held a valid H1B for 6 years ending MArch 2003
My previous employer wishes to take me back, will I be exempted from the current cap & can my H1B be processed right away on premium processing. Can you please clarify this part of the ruling
"...unless the alien would be eligible for a full 6 years of authorized admission at the time the petition is filed."
If this option is not for me , can you please let me know what are my other options.Awaiting your reply eagerly
