Is 750B for EB2 NIW petitions filed without support by employer?

Hello!
I've prepared an EB2 NIW petition myself. I already e-filed I-140 and I'm about to mail the supporting evidence. Since my application is not supported by an employer, could you please confirm/advice:

1. If no need to submit UNcertified ETA-9089

2. If I have to include form ETA-750B as statement of Alien Qualifications

I would enormously appreciate your comments!!
