Is 485 approaval based on location?

Congratulation to those who got approaval recently. But it seems that those with May/June RDs are all from San Jose,Oakland,SFO. What is the status for southern california?! It\'s so frustrating.

Once you are in "Finger printing collected and Processing Resumed ... "
