I am at a cross roads with my GC application. I have a offer from a Utah based Co. and I have just about 15 months on my H1 (end of Jan 2005). I have a pending labor filed few months ago. Can I take advantage of it even it is approved to get my H1 extended with the new Co..?
Alternatively, do you think I can start the RIR advertisement process etc in next week or so and can still file the RIR in time to be eligible for H1 extension..? What is the typical adv. requirements...If there is any one from Utah and is in IT please share your experience. But even if you are not Utah, please share your thoughts and experience.
