IRS Tax filing question

All,
Does anyone know if USCIS, during the naturalization process, gets all tax data from IRS and (maybe) the state govt as a part of the background checks?

Same question applies to the state driving record for any DUIs.

I know it is recommended to take the tax report during interview. I am curious to see how much data does the Interview officer have apart from the usuall FBI FP and Name check.

Thanks

No. To the best of my knowledge, the IO does not have access to your tax records unless you provide them to him. They are however entitled to ask for proof that you've always filed a tax return and don't owe any taxes, so taking your transcripts might be useful, but not mandatory.

Same goes for driving record. Not sure if a DUI will show in your background check, but either way, that would be an offense you'd DEFINITELY need to declare.
