IRS Certified copies of tax returns - How do I get them??

Where do I go or who do I call or fax or email to get IRS certified copies of my tax return for an EB I-485 interview? I can't find how to do this on the IRS website.

Please help.

I had ordered my Tax Transcripts on September 24, 2004 and I received them today - September 29, 2004. WOW !!!
