IRS certfied printout\'s of 1040

I got a RFE to submit my 1040 form\'s and W2. Do I have to submit the IRS certified printouts of 1040 ? If yes, from where should i get these certitifed copies?

Someone who has already replied a similar RFE, please share information.

 Its automated. Enter the details and you will get your transcripts
 in 5 days.

 Transcripts are fine for RFE, since it is the proof of your returns.

 I didn\'t get a RFE for Tax returns, though.
