hello every body
i am refuge i applied for asylum. after the interview the immigration officer send my case to judge before judge he denied my asylum and he granted me witholding or removal .
my case is now in appeal (biA) since 1year now in last 2 months the (bia) asked my lowyer for the brefing and my lowyer sended on time but DHS doesn't send their brefing and the date is experid for DHS.
now when i check my case that what they say: my appeal stil pending my bref wos recied on date .... and no department of homland security(DHS) bref has been recived.
1)
i want no how long it take for the bia decision and how many percent have to be aproved .
please help mean i am very scar.
2) how i can get chance to bring my wife or see her
i did not see her for 4 years i really need help
