Hello my parents are in chennai and they have now obtained a confirmation letter of their final visa interview at Mumbai Consulate on Oct 7th. From my understanding, they need to do both a medical and biometric prior to attending the interview.
Can someone advice how we go about getting a biometrics appointment. I looked at Mumbai consulate website and the link they shared, doesn't take me to a biometric appt page- but rather asking me apply for a new visa .. Any help is greatly appreciated.
