IO Sends A Christmas Present

Yesterday, we received a christmas present in the mail from our interviewing officer, he sent my daughter a book, titled 1001 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS, ant not only that, he wrote a note in the book for her, telling her, she is going to be a great writer, and to continue reading as many books as possible, that she is really a smart girl, thanked her for the drawings she made for him, most of all told her to continue being a great friend to all, and he is very proud of her and that, he was very happy to meet her. He wrote his name and cell number at the bottom, so i had my daughter call him same yesterday and thanked him for the wonderful book and words of encouragement, also to say merry christmas.

I also thanked him, he told me he was proud of me for being a good parent, and he thought my daughter deserved the book, and said merry xmas.

He made our day yesterday,that was quite nice and thoughtful of him, my daughter has been stuck on the book, and the book is one that i think every parent should let their child read. Anyway, i give JESUS all the glory, He is GOD, and he continues to shower us with Love, kindness and mercy, MERRY CHRISTMAS to all, thanks for reading.:):)
 
What a wonderful story. You don't hear of this happening very often, that was quite nice of the IO.

Quick, get a restraining order... :eek: he's got your address, pictures, email, phone numbers... and likes your kid! very scary :eek:

That's a nice story. The immigration santa already came by early for me this year and got me nice and shiny gifts in September and October that sparkle in all colors of the rainbow under proper lighting.

But, I think their generosity may have be related to me giving them a nice Easter present in the form of checks for $765.

I give glory to the US postal service for not losing any of the mail between USCIS and I. I know it is very challenging for our postman to sort the mail correctly and I want to thank him. I also give glory and thanks to all the folks here who helped me through this process. And, most of all I give glory and thanks to my wife who continues to shower me with Love, kindness and mercy.

Of course, those who believe will understand that the above examples are all separate manifestations of the higher being who guides us. Merry christmas and happy holidays!

Every glory and honor belongs to JESUS, HE shares HIS glory with none. HE is a jealous GOD.:)
