IO IIO CSR POJ Method.... Please Help

Hi,

I am trrying to call USCIS to ask anbout my case, it is well passed the processing date, however as I am reading the forums there are lots of Acro's that I don't understand.

What is IO, IIO, and CRS, from what I understand it is the best that I can talk to an IIO, Can someone explain to me how?

What is POJ method to call USCIS?

You must MP the IIO and PH the CSR if you want to DLW the chances of speaking with the VIP of USCIS to discuss more than 1 DIW per CY. That is the best POJ.
