I filed my I-485 about seven months ago and my current project has been outsourced to another company. My current assignment will come to an end in a month or so (expecting official notice from my client manager). Now, I have a full-time offer with another company.
In this situation, I would like to know if I can come out of my current employment MYSELF (Before my current assignment gets over) and invoke AC21...
Do I need to obtain any kind of letter from my current employer?
