I am going to change my employer as its over 180 days since my I-485 is pending. Howerver at this moment I don't have a copy of 750A, 750B or my approved I-140. I am going to invoke FOIA to get all of the above. new employer said I can join him w/o waiting for above documentation of FOIA as he says we need to send "same or similar" duties (EVL) only when RFE gets issued by INS. If that's true then what do I need to send to INS to invoke AC21. Does it mean i am siliently changing my employer w/o informing INS and let INS know when it issues an RFE? I really want to invoke AC21 so that any RFE, Queries can come to my new lawyer. What other documents do I need to send to INS besides EVL (which I should be able to submit after my FOIA response). Please advise.
