My I-140 has been approved and my I-485 has been pending for more than 6 months. I am going to change my job but have a few questions for you gurus!
1. Should I keep my job description the same as listed on # 13 of the ETA750 form?
2. # 15 of the ETA750 form (i.e. Other Special Requirements) also has some job duties listed. Should I also include that in my new job description OR just the job description of # 13 is fine.
3. I got my LC approved from Kansas but my new job might be in Washington DC. Does that matter?
