Invoking AC21, job in different State

Guys,

I have a quick question. If one wants to change the job using AC21 and the new job falls in different state, in turn, different INS service Center jurisdriction. What will INS do ?

I know AC21 does not have geographical limitation. But my question here is, Will INS always transfer the job to the local Service Center or will process it as normal ? :confused:

Guys in the same boats or people who have done it, please respond.

I am in exactly the same boat, I really don't know the answer to your question. but the lawer told me to keep it in the old service center and not ask to transfer it to another service center as this will cause so much troubles. Just wait, and if you get RFE or Interview, just go to the local center close to your old address.

one my known friend changed the job after 6 months by moving to different service center........
