Inviting Sister from , but working on EAD.

I would like to invite my sister and niece from India.
I changed my job after completion of 180 days of 485 Notification. Currently working on EAD with a new employer. What are the documents I need to send in order them to apply for a visitors visa for 3-4 months.
If somebody knows about this.. please advise.
