Inviting mother to US - Need Help

Hi,

I am planning to get my mother on visit to US, but my mother does not know English and she has never been on her own anywhere. I am not sure if she will be able to understand where to go in the consolute and whom to approach at the consulate. What options do I have at the Chennai consulate for elderly people who are very familiar with all these process?

Greately appreciate any info on this.
