Inviting my inlaws and have few questions about risk of rejection of their visitor visa due to my current status.

MY I485 is in process

My current EAD expires in September 2007. I am planning to apply for a renewal pretty soon so that I can have a new one before september

Plan to invite the inlaws in September 2007. What are the chances of their
visitor visa rejection based on my current status.

Has anyone went through this situation?

It is safe to have your in-laws go for the visitor visa given the conditions you
mentioned. They will not reject a visa based on your I-485 pending status

But how about the expiration of the EAD in September? Would that be a factor for rejection?
