Inviting in-laws to visit

Hi there guys

Wondering what needs to be done for inviting in-laws on visiting visa on GreenCard? How is different from inviting them on EAD/H1B.

1) The letter to consulate has information like

"I am a resident alien of US .....I am working for XYZ coorp and earning XXXX K per year....."

Do I need this the company name and salary anymore? If I am sending bank statement.


2)Do I still need copy from letter from Employer?

3) Guess NO Need for EAD or H1 papers. Just GC Card is good enough.
4)NO I94 also? Right

1) Yes, it is in addition to your bank statement. It will help.
2) Yes, if your bank balance in not in 7 digits.
