Hello, all

I worte a review with my boss in my research area. Actually the invitation is to my boss. In my NIW petition, can I say" I was invited to write a review about..." ?

Will USCIS ask evidence for the invitation? Or that my name is listed as one of the authors is good enough.

Of course you can't say this.

Yes, USCIS will expect evidence. This is usually done through one of your letters. I doubt an ethical researcher would do such a thing.
