Invalidation of H1/H4 with EAD ?

Can any one pls help ?

We have I-485 pending. I have valid H1B and EAD. My wife has valid H4 and EAD.

We would like to continue our stay on H status.

1) Can my wife start working on EAD while staying on H4 (H1B for me) status ?.

2) Does it invalidate our H status and consider us as 'payrolle'?

3) Can we still travel using valid H1B/H4 visa (without using ap)?

No, she will be an adjustee once she *uses* the EAD. You will still be H1 as long as you don't use the EAD or AP

2) Does it invalidate our H status and consider us as 'payrolle'?

It will make your wife in adjustment status, parolee if you enter the US using AP

3) Can we still travel using valid H1B/H4 visa (without using ap)?
You can travel with H1, but she will need AP
