My Actual EAD expires 10/30
Applied for Renewal with NSC on 07/17
Reciept notice issued on 07/22
Renewal NOT yet approved.
If i don't take Intrim EAD by 10/30, is that means i will be out of status after 10/30. Is it mandatory to take Intrim EAD ?
Becasu my Local INS(ORLANDO) said they will not issue iEAD on walk-in basis. It will take atleast 4-5 weeks if i go with their procedures.
Another quesiton is, can i go to any other INS office ( ex: dallas) where they can issue IEAD on the same day ( because My D'licese is issued as per my ead validity. Unless i get IEAD, i cann't renew my D' license )
