Here is the statistics of EAC02-065....
June 13, 2003 update:
Total I485 sampled: 978
Approved so far: ~157
Transfered so far: ~154
Cases in process (include RFE sent and RFE recvd): 667
Therefore,
percentage of approved ~16%
percentage of transfered ~16%
cases in process: ~68%

This shows that VSC is at least reviewing and issuing RFE's to all the cases while CSC is moving very slowly for taking up new cases ...
