Interview

It is always

preferable to have your lawyer with you during interview.....but generally for Employment based GC, u may not need one as these are very straightforward cases...unless you have some complications

Hi,

If you are going for an interview can you please post your details like RD,ND,TD (All dates) so that it will be helpful for others ? Also please post your interview experience/documents asked etc.,

Thanks,

hi, toughdba:

After your interview , stamped your passport, did the officer give your the approve notice? What is the format of the notice, is it like the one VSC sent to you before?

Thanks!

ND : Dec 29th
FP : April 26 02

No Rfe and 2 FP yet

I haven't heard yet from BCIS, But more and more it gets delayed,
lots of wierd imaginations and questions run thru the mind.

I will keep you guys posted

Hi,

About wierd imaginations going on in your mind when you are waiting for Approval/Interview, I know exactly what it feels :-). I had really wierd stuff going thru my mind too but after the Interview had a big relief. Interview lasted only 15 minutes and it was pretty straightforward.

BCIS gave me the approval notice along with the stamped passport after our interview. It was a pink sheet of paper. Not the regular INS correspondence. But it said that our I-485 application has been approved and we will get our card in 6-8 months. I can check up the exact format of the letter and update this thread tommorrow.

Thanks,

Toughdba.
