You might have issues at your interview because you got married in-between court dates for the violation of your status. As such, your marriage could be seen as an attempt to evade immigration laws.;)

You definitely need to have your lawyer to be PRESENT. IT WILL BE A GOOD THING AND A PROTECTION from a biting interview by USCIS. YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR LAWYER THERE. Period.

You interview being stokes or not... No one can tell you definitely. Why concern about stokes? Is your marriage for greencard or for genuine love and marital commitment? It seems as if your are in this for a sham. All your questions are very negative.... and this is suspicious and troubling.

Be prepared for your interview.... If they deny, then you can appeal to Alberto Gonzales....:D
