to all those who have been interviewed for their green card based on marriage to USC, did you guys notice if your interviewer had your I-130 application wth them or is it just the I-485?

They have every document you have submitted, EAD application and they can look up previous doucumets on their screen like H1B application/F1 vias stuff etc.

What is the point of your question so maybe I can give you a more insightful answer.
