Just got a text from USCIS that "Card production ordered." So I guess my wife was right

She's mad at me for not believing her lol... Thanks to this forum very much. I save a few $$$ from hiring attorney because our case is not complicated. So what happened?
At 9:20 we took off and arrived at the USCIS's office around 9:30. We went through the security check and were told to place our interview letter into window #2. Our appointment was at 9:45. I was surprised there's no clock there in the building, so I didn't know when the IO came out. But anyway, I think it was around that 9:45a.m, the IO called up my name and I guided my wife, and we followed the IO to her office. I was so nervous and my mind suddenly went blank, haha....There was another person in the office, who happens to be a trainee. The IO and that trainee were so tough lol... they were all about just business, no chit chat nothing. The IO swore us in by having me and my wife raised our right hands. While seated, the IO asked to see all my legal documents: passports, I-94s. Then the IO started asking me all the questions on the form I-485, which includes the well-known Yes/No answers. She was so quick like a thunder. I'm serious. (So study the form I-485 before the interview, your spouse DOB will be asked on that form too). Then she asked us how we met. She looked at my wife, but heck I answered anyway, haha... we said we met back in college. She then asked what we were studying. She looked at my wife again lol... I was going to answer, and my wife was going to answer, haha....then we looked at each other, she said I go first, and I said no you go first lol... we laughed, and my wife told her what her major was in school and so did I. At that moment, the IO leaned back into her chair and said this: so what you have today to show me your bona fide marriage. My heart was jumping outrageously lol. I then proceeded to tell her that, we had marriage license, and handed to her one by one of our joint stuff. The IO was busy doing something to my application, the trainee came and took a look at those documents, and of course the IO looked at them too. She saw our lease and asked if she could keep them. I said that's our original, and I said we submitted the copy of it with our application. So she looked through my application again and found it. I would recommend when you submit your packets, include all those joint stuff because chances are the IO would review them before hand. That's why when she saw my Internet bills, she said are these the same as what in the packets? I answered yes, it's just that these are more recent ones. She didn't care and preferred to keep the copies that were attached with the packets. All the evidence at this point are scattered all on the table

, but I was too nervous to notice anyway, hehe... She asked to see our wedding photos, and my wife was so happy to show her. Our wedding was held at the coast, we didn't do the court marriage thing. So I guess the IO was very satisfied with it, and she asked me to sign the form something about conditional green card, and explained to me what I should do before it's expired. After that, she asked if I had EAD card, I said no, and she said oh that’s right because you are on H1B now. She said within 2-3 weeks the card should arrive. LOL the whole time I didn't hear any "you are approved" word from her. Instead she asked me why I ended up in this city, I said I got scholarship for school here. She and the trainee both said that's very good. So finally it's done and I had to manage all the mess of those documents. I was so nervous that I could not put those documents back into the envelops nicely lol.... my wife cracked a joke that she'd rather carry the pictures than the documents and the IO laughed. Before I left, I asked that "so we will hear the decision within 2-3 weeks?" They said Yes

so I thought my case wasn't approved on the spot. I thank their time and the trainee walked us out of their office. My wife said to me, you are US fellow now. I didn't make any comments and I had no idea what she's talking about lol.. I just wanted to get out of that building. Finally when we were sitting in the car lol she told me she saw the big Approve stamp on the application, I asked her several times are you serious? Then I told her that technically my passport should be stamped and my I-94 should be taken away. Then we started to look for the I-94 and wallah they are gone lol... my wife then said if you just wanted to go in and asked very quick about the passport stamp, that'd be fine. But I said nah it's okay, didn't want to cause anymore troubles in that building. So we left. Then on the way I was still confused of what was just happening. I wasn't 100% sure that my case was approved or not and that drove my wife nut!!! Then in the evening around 4 pm, I got the text from USCIS and an email that my card is in production ordered. We at that time were driving to go somewhere to eat. We were so happy when we got that notifications and my wife of course said you should trust your wife lol... I said sorry honey, and then gave her a kiss and that made her happy, haha... so from now on is the waiting time to see the card in the mail. Woohoo!
Sorry for so being detailed about this, but the whole process only took around 10 minutes
If you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer you because I totally understand how frustrating and nerve wrecking this whole process is. Even though we passed the interview now, I'm sure that any other interviews that we may have in the future are still unknown and would still make me nervous.
