interview time frame in newark

What is the timeframe of newark office of conducting interviews after they receive the file. Thinking of moving to NJ but still debateing to keep CA address or go for address change and file transer and interview.
 
My case got transfer to Newark last month end.
Today only me and my wife receive interview letter for 29 th April .
