Interview scheduled only 10 days after FP

I got my FP done on 2.19 and on 3.1 the interview was already scheduled for April. Does this mean they've already done the background check? Just curious. Thanks.

Yes. Is it that fast for everyone at your service center? If it is, then it is normal
 
Thanks. The reason I was curious is that I know that last fall somebody from the same city had the interview scheduled more than two months (!) after FP.
