Interview scheduled on 3/25

Just got an email from my lawyer, my interview has been scheduled on 3/25. We have not received a interview notice yet, but this info came based on a follow up by my lawyer at the SF INS office.
Just yesterday, the lawyer was told via email b y the INS that my case was sitting on the "to be scheduled shelf" and today, she was told that the interview was scheduled for 3/25.
 
Hmm Interesting,
It could be true since my lawyer also sent some e-mail to SFO INS and after that my wife got an interview call. So it could be true, just wait for actual interview letter. You should be receiving letter in a week or so.
Normally you receive interview letter before 25-30 days of actual interview date so hope by Monday you should get it.
 
How much time between transfer to SFO and interview date

My case was transferred to SFO on 2/7/03. I haven't heard about my interview date.

How much time elapsed for you guys? Also, any details about the enquires your lawyer made would be helpful

Case transferred on Aug26, 2002

So it's been 6 months now. My lawyer has been sending periodic enquiries, but I don't know the details such as to whom and where.
This is the first time they received a reply to their inquiry.
