Interview scheduled in 2 weeks. Can use all the help!!!!!

I have an interview scheduled for March 11 in Newark NJ. I have applied through my employer in RIR under 245i. Any body gone through this or in the same boat. Can you please shed some light on what to expect.

You should be ok. You said you applied under 245(i). I have applied for I-485 under the same program. The rumours are that everybody who has applied under section 245(i) is getting an interview. It is not true. I have witnessed cases where interviews were waived. I was going to advise you to bring your attorney with you, if possible, to the INS office for the interview.

Please keep me posted as I will be very anxious to know what kind of questions did INS officer ask you before granting you the approval. Best of luck to you.
