interview questions, please help

My 485 case( 245i) was transfer on 7/20/04. Today I got the interview notice for 2/25.

I am comfused on the two items they listed in the notice.

1, YOUR SPOUSE AND/OR PETITIONER.
Do I have to bring my employer to the interview?

2, EVEIDENCE OF A COMMON RESIDENCE AND SHARED LIFE ( INCLUDE PHOTOGRAPHS)

What does that mean?

If anyone know or have been requested for similar items, please help!!

Is yours an employment case or family case? If it is an employment case then the notice seems to be in error. Call USCIS and verify.

My case is E-based. Besides that, they also requested:

1,This letter, your passport, your I-94
2, A current letter of employment for you and/or your spouse showing rate or pay and hours per week.
3, Failure to apprear for your appontment will result in a denial of your appliction for AOS.
4, other

It does show my name and A#. I am wondering why they did not ask for any proof of tax return...
 
Looks like the notice for interview was generated in error with a family based case in mind. Try calling them.
