At my interview, I was told that I have a "related file" that was created when I originally came to the US, and they need to review it before making a decision.
I was told at infopass appointment that "a case like mine" usually takes much longer than 120 days to adjudicate.
Is there any harm in scheduling an infopass appointment every other week, to make sure I'm not missing mail from INS? Can they get mad at me and delay my case on purpose?
I'm planning to file a lawsuit as soon as my 120 days are up. Is there anything I should be doing in the interim? Write to my officer? Something else???
Please advise!
