Interview/Packet4 is pending, but company may file for chapter 11, pls help!

Anyone who had been in this similiar situation before or understand this issue, please help? My Greencard process is on the final stage (Just waiting for an interview date and Packet 4 from the consulate). But my company may file chapter11/re-org next month. So my question is, will the consulate denied my application should my company go into chapter 11?

Also, to where will the Packet 4 be sent to (my address or lawyer\'s)?

Please advise.
