Interview Over --How long is the wait?

Hello everyone:
First off, thanks to this forums we were able to get everything completed on our own and attend the interview today.

After the interview, the officer said our background check was still pending and hence we have to wait for a few months for the GC to arrive.

Also, how soon should will the email notification happen on the case? Will it have to wait till the background check is completed?

you should receive the notice after the name check completed

it may takes a long time

usually,the name check will be completed in 6months,,,

but some cases take more maybe 1 year or more
