I have my interview on Thursday!
However, I have a bit of a problem. I filled out the N-400 and now realized that I may have made a mistake on one of the good moral character questions. When I was in college I was given an MIP (minor in possession) and did not realize that I had a defferment charge. The charge was very minor and the judge said he would drop the charges if I did 15 hours of community service.
During the interview, when they go over the questions with me, will they allow me to change an answer due to my ignorance and the fact that I did not read the question carefully? Will this completely screw up my application and delay the whole process? I notice that the last signature box says that one should sign it after all corrections have been made. Will I be given the opportunity to make these corrections? Thank you! Please give me some good news!
