for almost 5mths and 29 days on the same B1-B2 on the expire passport no problem at Miami POE should I tell the truth about my trip in 2002 :( by the way my I130 and 765 both approved want to kill myself im an idiot...:mad:

You are banned from the USA for 10 years because you left the USA after accumulating more than 1 year of illegal presence. They will be served to you at the interview.

If discovered, all of your lies to USCIS will result in a permanent ban and deportation. Regardless of whether you get a GC or not, or even get all the way to becoming a citizen.
