Hi all

My Green Card interview (based on marriage to US Cit.) is coming up on the 12th. Just wanted to know what kind of questions I can expect. Also if there is a collection of such sample questions somewhere on the internet, please point me to it. Thanks a bunch. :D

expect the worst. assume nothing & unless ur lawyer is any good be paranoid take as much evidence as u can. our lawyer was inexperienced & got us into a lot of trouble by not fully preparing us.

to daveh....i applied here in atlanta for aos since i cant pm you, to share our experiences how bout u pm me and give me ur contact info so that we talk about our cases.....i have yahoo messenger..hope u do too....pm me please.

The questions are very simple which most married couples should be able to answer easily. Make sure you carry all the requested documents. Our interview took only 10 mins.

I just got my I-551 stamped today - Newark NJ.

thanks

AmIinTrouble - Congratulations!!!

Allready78 - No. I live in the bay area and my application is pending with the San Jose INS office.

daveh - I submitted my I-485 packet to San Jose INS office in mid August. Got the interview letter in mid-Jan. Also note that I had gotten my I-130 approved through the CSC prior to submitting the I-485.

Albert Einstien - That site was grrrrreat. Thanks a million!!

emote - Thanks for the advice. Hopefully all will go well tommorrow.

good luck and keep us posted.

One more question: Why you send I-130 before I-485 application?
Normally people send I-130 and I-485 together.

Thanks
