Interview Letter received

Today, i got the IL notice in the mail and set for Oct 22, Charlotte DO. sounds like charlotte is reaching end of 2007. My wife due date is Oct 22, is there any way to expedite the interview date?

You wanna expedite the child's birth or your birth in USA? It would be such a great day for you if you can get both on the same day.... I don't think you can expedite the interview, but you can re-schedule it. Go for infopass and check it out... you never know they might help you.
I also received IL for charlotte for Oct 15.
I supposed to get it for Atlanta and working on transfer.
BTW, in IL "Must Bring" Doc list,
I saw 'Any evidence of Selective Serivce Registration'.
That is not belongs to me. Is it common format of IL for every one?

If it is not applied to you then just explain them that like you were more than 26 when you got your GC... that is what i did.... they made me sign one letter and I was fine.

Good idea... he can have his baby on the 21st and on the 22nd he can be a citizen... and celeberate both on the 23rd.

My wife will give birth overseas "country of birth". If my wife in the US, this is will not be a problem cause the baby will be a citizen by birth. I wish my my wife will dliver the baby even one day after i become a USC. I wish i can have same day oath and then she then she can give birth even one or 2 days later
